Appian is seeking an Associate Solution Engineer to join their CIO team. This role offers an opportunity to become a resident expert on the Appian platform, gaining full-stack experience that translates into any technical career. As an Associate Solution Engineer, you'll work on technical support tickets, analyze logs, collect server data, run scripts, and troubleshoot Appian installations for both self-managed and Appian Cloud environments. You'll collaborate with internal teams and source-code developers to investigate and resolve platform issues, submit feature enhancements, and write root cause analysis reports.
Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate should be technical, curious, and autonomous, with strong communication skills. You should have an interest in data analytics, devOps/programming/scripting, RDBMS platforms, and systems administration. A bachelor's degree in an IT-focused field or a degree with coding-focused skills is required.
