Responsibilities For Associate Solution Engineer

  • Become an expert on the inner workings of the Appian platform
  • Provide exceptional, world-class support to customers and stakeholders
  • Tackle technical challenges and communicate work across departments
  • Work closely with customers to improve platform availability, performance, functionality, and security
  • Solve complex technical problems and mitigate customer concerns

Requirements For Associate Solution Engineer

Java
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or similar
  • Flexibility to provide after-hours support (rotation every 10-15 weeks)
  • Proficiency in English and ability to converse in English in a business setting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong interest in software development
  • Interest in data analytics
  • Interest or experience in programming/scripting languages
  • Interest in or experience with RDBMS platforms
  • Interest in or experience with systems administration
