Description For Associate Solution Engineer

Appian, a NASDAQ-listed software company (APPN), is seeking an Associate Solution Engineer to join their Solution Engineering team. This role offers a unique opportunity to become a technical "Jack/Jill of All Trades" working with the Appian AI-Powered Process Platform. The position is based in Mexico City with a full in-office work arrangement, emphasizing Appian's culture of in-person collaboration.

The role combines technical expertise with customer support, requiring someone who enjoys solving complex problems while working directly with clients. You'll gain comprehensive full-stack experience across the entire Appian platform, from data analysis to creative problem-solving. The position is ideal for recent graduates or current students in engineering or IT fields who have a strong interest in software development but prefer a varied role beyond pure coding.

Appian's culture is built on core values of Respect, Work to Impact, Ambition, and Constructive Dissent & Resolution. The company offers extensive professional development opportunities, including their in-house MBA program, Appian University, and tuition reimbursement. Their commitment to community building is evident through eight employee-led affinity groups and a strong mentorship program.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, have strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. While technical knowledge is important, the role emphasizes customer support and solution engineering over pure development work. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading enterprise software company while developing a broad skill set applicable to any technical career.
