Responsibilities For Network Security Engineer
- Design, build, and maintain cloud native network security visibility and governance capabilities
- Integrate with tooling and automation enabling builders
- Leverage and contribute to a cloud native platform building and maintaining rugged systems
- Partner with security operations analysts, compliance analysts, and builders
- Tune data processing pipeline performance to be dependable and performant and cost efficient
Requirements For Network Security Engineer
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer working on security minded projects in cloud environments
- 3+ years experience in cloud infrastructure development environments
- Experience with AWS Transit Gateway, and Direct Connect
- Knowledgeable in Kubernetes networking technologies such as Cilium or Istio
- Proficiency in Terraform and Golang, Python or Java
- Strong organizational skills to balance multiple concurrent projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor of Science in Computer science or equivalent experience
