The IT Software Engineer position is within the MIS team, overseeing internal IT tasks. Reporting to the IT manager, the candidate will primarily be responsible for software/system-related tasks, encompassing implementation, configuration, development, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance. We are seeking candidates who can proactively research IT technology, propose innovative solutions, and contribute to efficiency and security improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Automating and optimizing existing processes
- Identifying user needs and proposing appropriate solutions
- Developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining systems/tools
- Designing and implementing the IT Help Service Portal
- Supporting internal teams and conducting data integration
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Science, or related field; or 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong self-study ability and coding experience (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in HR (Successfactor) & FIN (Oracle) systems development
- Proficiency in HTML, Javascript, SQL, IIS, and Python
- Knowledge of web APIs and data analysis (Python preferred)
Preferred qualifications include SSO integration experience, SaaS tool maintenance, AWS implementation experience, and project management skills.

Responsibilities For IT Software Engineer
- Automate/optimize existing processes (e.g., permission control, group setting, account management)
- Identify user needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Translate user needs into technical specifications
- Develop, test, implement, and maintain systems/tools
- Develop workflows using BPM tools or other platforms
- Design and implement the IT Help Service Portal
- Support internal teams in implementing and maintaining systems/tools
- Create training documents or implement innovative tools
- Assume the role of system/tool custodian for daily operations
- Handle ad hoc/routine tasks (e.g., report generation, system settings, account management)
- Host user training sessions
- Conduct data integration via API or web service among different systems
Requirements For IT Software Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Science, or a related field; or 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong self-study ability for technical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively or independently in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 3 years of coding experience
- Experience in HR(Successfactor)& FIN(Oracle) or systems/tools development, maintenance, and implementation
- Familiarity with any language for data analysis (Python preferred)
- Knowledge and skills for interacting with web APIs
- Proficiency in HTML, Javascript, SQL, IIS (or other web servers), and Python
- Self-driven and responsible
- Ability to communicate technical details and requirements in English
