Technical Solutions Engineer

Appier, a pioneering AI-powered SaaS company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between their advanced AI solutions and client success. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities, requiring someone who can deeply understand both technical implementations and business needs.

The position demands a unique blend of technical knowledge in SQL, JavaScript, and mobile development, along with strong communication skills in both English and Japanese. You'll be working across 17 offices spanning APAC, Europe, and the U.S., helping clients leverage AI for better business outcomes.

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you'll be instrumental in guiding clients through the implementation of Appier's AI-empowered ad solutions, from initial onboarding to optimization. You'll work closely with Product and Technical Solutions teams, developing custom solutions and ensuring successful adoption of the platform.
