AIML- iOS Engineer - Generative AI Experiences Software (NCG)

As a member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a small team of highly skilled engineers to bring new, Generative-AI enabled experiences to Apple products. This position requires a self-motivated engineer with strong technical and interpersonal skills to handle responsibilities including:

• Expanding iOS-based platforms to bring new Generative AI-enabled experiences to life
• Prototyping ideas to support feature definition and iteration
• Communicating ideas to the Apple Design Team and other cross functional partners
• Participating in architecture discussions and code review
• Building internal tools to ship and maintain high quality software

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals - BS Computer Science or equivalent experience required
• iOS Development experience, including experience with Swift and Apple development tools
• Ability to break down large features and implement practical solutions
• Curiosity about new technologies, flexibility, and openness to ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AI principles or experience with developing software with large language models
• Track record of working cross-functionally and building strong partnerships amongst teams and individuals

Apple offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, stock options, and educational reimbursement opportunities. The base pay range for this role is between $121,900 and $214,500, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
