AIML - Manager, Engineering Program Management - ML Lifecycle

Apple's AIML team is seeking a Manager, Engineering Program Manager for its ML Lifecycle Platform. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle across multiple teams, managing activities from data acquisition to post-deployment monitoring. The position requires driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring efficient project execution, and delivering high-quality machine learning models. Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing partnerships with ML partners to understand use cases and improve compute services
• Collaborating with AIML engineering teams to define partnership strategies across the ML ecosystem
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, delivering low-cost, high-performance solutions
• Translating product requirements into technical use cases and creating partnership roadmaps
• Driving complete product lifecycle from idea to development to go-to-market
• Supporting Engineering with use cases, platform architecture, and software stack
• Interacting with external ML Compute vendors
• Ensuring programs meet specifications and key metrics
• Translating customer feedback into potential product roadmap changes

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of program management experience, strong understanding of the ML lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
