Responsibilities For AIML - Sr Engineering Program Manager, Machine Learning FM
- Lead high profile Foundation Model programs
- Drive consensus across multiple groups with varying opinions & needs
- Create and manage project schedules with clear dependencies
- Proactively identify and manage risks
- Provide clear, timely and objective communication to executive team
- Plan yearly and quarterly budgets for data acquisition
- Maintain awareness of Privacy and Legal aspects of data management
- Keep teams on critical path with efforts to minimize distractions
Requirements For AIML - Sr Engineering Program Manager, Machine Learning FM
- 5+ years of experience in program management, particularly in data acquisition of ML technologies
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience leading cross functional security and privacy initiatives
- Excellent project management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE/CS/CE or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across the organization
- Ability to independently draft and present deliverables
