Responsibilities For Analog Engineering Program Manager

  • Drive new and complex IP development in the analog mixed signal areas
  • Work closely with SoC Integration teams to drive high-level achievements for IP development
  • Drive technical work with Apple SoC teams, resolving issues and bug tracking
  • Lead weekly meetings with IP consumers to resolve technical issues
  • Pull together regular project status presentations for executive review
  • Drive resolution of technical issues between multi-functional teams
  • Convert data into clear stories for communication at all levels
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with software/hardware teams for silicon validation of IPs

Requirements For Analog Engineering Program Manager

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering
  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • Experience in Analog-mixed-signal IP design OR Product development/program management
  • Experience working in dynamic engineering environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of IP development process and tools
  • Knowledge of AMS IPs for modern SerDes or Memory standards
