Responsibilities For Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer

  • Conduct transistor-level feasibility study for Analog/Mixed-Signal circuit blocks
  • Design blocks and document design simulation and verification
  • Drive mask design to implement layout views of designs
  • Run post-layout and top-level simulations
  • Define production and bench-level test plans
  • Take lab measurements to validate performance compliance
  • Drive and review yield/lab test results for bug fixes

Requirements For Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years relevant work experience
  • Strong track record of delivering silicon IPs
  • Understanding of data converter architectures and design trade-offs
  • Experience with bandgaps, bias, opamps, switched-cap circuits, LDOs, PLLs
  • In-depth knowledge of mixed-signal design techniques
  • Knowledge of high precision techniques in device mismatch
  • Experience in design for ESD compliance and safety
  • Strong device physics knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes
  • Experience in C/Matlab/VerilogA modeling
