Description For Analog/Mixed Signal Product Engineer

Apple's Silicon Technologies group is seeking a talented Analog/Mixed Signal Product Engineer to join their team in developing next-generation, high-performance processor and system-on-chip (SoC) solutions. This role combines technical expertise in analog/mixed-signal systems with hands-on engineering responsibilities. You'll be working on characterizing and testing advanced semiconductor devices, ensuring the quality and performance of Apple's cutting-edge hardware products.

Responsibilities For Analog/Mixed Signal Product Engineer

  • Characterize parametric performance of High Speed IO PHYs (SERDES), PLLs, Sensors and other Custom HardIPs
  • Define characterization plans and perform statistical data analysis
  • Drive ATE-Bench correlation & data reviews across multi-functional teams
  • Work with DFT and design teams to evaluate IP testability and drive new silicon debug
  • Perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Support productization of next generation SoCs
  • Complete yield and correlation analysis for all test insertions

Requirements For Analog/Mixed Signal Product Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree + 3 Years of Experience
  • Understanding of Test and characterization of High-Speed IO PHYs, PLLs, Sensors
  • Experience working with Digital, Mixed Signal, SOC Devices
  • Understanding of ATE production testing
  • Knowledge of Statistical data analysis tools
  • Understanding of High Speed Digital and Analog circuits
  • Experience in scripting (Python, PERL etc.) is a plus
