Description For AppleCare BPR Project Manager, Service Repair

Apple's AppleCare BPR team is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional systems projects across AppleCare business areas, including Sales, Service, Digital & Logistics. This role is crucial in delivering enterprise-wide systems and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems, strong project management skills, and the ability to work with complex technologies. You'll be responsible for managing large-scale technical projects, coordinating between multiple teams, and ensuring successful implementation of system changes. The role requires someone who can thrive in fast-paced environments, develop strong relationships, and influence without direct authority. You'll be instrumental in building positive relationships across the company and connecting AppleCare systems and processes enterprise-wide. The position offers the opportunity to work on revolutionary technology while contributing to industry-leading environmental efforts. Preferred candidates will have 12+ years of experience, knowledge of service operations, and relevant certifications.
