AppleCare Senior Engineering Project Manager

Apple's AppleCare Support Engineering team is seeking an exceptional Engineering Project Manager to drive innovation and improve customer experience in AppleCare. This role involves managing tentpole initiatives across the AppleCare space and supporting initiatives with Software Engineering partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting new programs and driving product innovations
• Working collaboratively with AppleCare and Software Engineering
• Conducting costing analysis and driving investigations
• Managing high-level programs and new product introductions
• Overseeing the evolution of the multi-year AppleCare improvements roadmap

• 10+ years of combined experience in engineering project or product management
• Deep understanding of software lifecycle and AppleCare landscape
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong leadership and influencing abilities
• Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously
• Self-motivation and proactivity with creative and critical thinking capabilities
