Description For AppleCare Strategic Quality Process Improvement Program Manager

Apple, a global technology leader, is seeking a Strategic Quality Process Improvement Program Manager for their AppleCare division. This dual-responsibility role combines quality improvement projects with strategic quality program management. The position is based in Elk Grove, California, offering a competitive salary range of $100,200 to $188,500.

The role requires a seasoned professional with 5+ years of process improvement experience who will be responsible for driving quality initiatives that enhance customer support workflows and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You'll work with worldwide cross-functional teams, from site management to AppleCare Engineering, Analytics & Reporting, and Regional Quality teams.

Key responsibilities include leading DMAIC/A3 projects, designing program scorecards, conducting Failure Modes and Effects Analyses, and maintaining close partnerships with organizational stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, self-motivated, and comfortable in a global, matrix, fast-paced environment.

  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams

Requirements For AppleCare Strategic Quality Process Improvement Program Manager

  • Minimum 5+ years of process improvement/continuous improvement experience
  • Experience delivering large scale DMAIC/A3 projects
  • Experience designing balanced program scorecards and target KPIs
  • Experience leading Failure Modes and Effects Analyses
  • Extensive program & project management experience
  • Ability to influence and manage multiple organizational partners
  • Experience in establishing key risk indicators
  • Role requires 5-10% travel
