Responsibilities For ASIC Design Engineer

  • Write microarchitecture and/or design specifications
  • Design, implement, and debug complex logic designs
  • Integrate complex IPs into the SOC
  • Support front end integration activities like Lint, CDC, Synthesis, and ECO
  • Implement design automation via Python or other languages
  • Work with SOC Design, SOC Design Verification, Emulation, STA, and Physical Design teams
  • Collaborate with software and systems teams to ensure high quality system

Requirements For ASIC Design Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's Degree + 3 Years of Experience
  • Experience in SoC front-end ASIC RTL digital logic design using Verilog or System Verilog
  • Hands on experience in chip development process with front end tools and methodologies
  • Experience writing specifications and converting them to design
  • Experience with multiple clock domains and asynchronous interfaces
  • Experience in front-end implementation tasks
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all internal groups
