Responsibilities For ASIC Design Engineer
- Write microarchitecture and/or design specifications
- Design, implement, and debug complex logic designs
- Integrate complex IPs into the SOC
- Support front end integration activities like Lint, CDC, Synthesis, and ECO
- Implement design automation via Python or other languages
- Work with SOC Design, SOC Design Verification, Emulation, STA, and Physical Design teams
- Collaborate with software and systems teams to ensure high quality system
Requirements For ASIC Design Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree + 10 Years of Experience
- Experience in SoC front-end ASIC RTL digital logic design using Verilog or System Verilog
- Hands on experience in chip development process with front end tools and methodologies
- Experience writing specifications and converting them to design
- Experience with multiple clock domains and asynchronous interfaces
- Experience in front-end implementation tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively across all internal groups
