Description For ASIC Design Engineer - Pixel IP

Apple's Hardware Technologies group is seeking an experienced ASIC Design Engineer to join their Pixel IP design team. This role focuses on designing next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chips (SoCs) that power Apple's renowned devices. The position involves working at the heart of pixel IP design efforts, crafting and implementing sophisticated solutions for image and video processing.

As an ASIC Design Engineer, you'll collaborate across multiple teams including chip integration, physical design, power, logic design, and verification. Your work will directly impact millions of customers through the development of dedicated, low-power pixel processing engines. Requirements For ASIC Design Engineer - Pixel IP

Linux
  • BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
  • Experience in IP/SoC front-end ASIC RTL digital logic design using Verilog and System Verilog
  • Extensive experience in ASIC implementation
  • Deep experience with system design methodologies
  • Practiced in low-power design issues
  • Familiarity with common on-chip bus protocols
  • Knowledge of ASIC/FPGA design methodology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
