Responsibilities For Camera Simulation Engineer

  • Perform Finite Element modeling and simulations using ABAQUS and other simulation software
  • Work with design engineers on camera design evaluation, validation, and optimization
  • Interpret FEA results and provide physical explanations for root cause analysis
  • Recommend design changes to meet product performance requirements
  • Participate in team brainstorming for new technology development
  • Develop new simulation techniques and expand capabilities

Requirements For Camera Simulation Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mechanics, Material Science, or similar discipline
  • Experience with ANSYS or Abaqus simulation software
  • Experience with explicit dynamics and thermal simulations
  • Experience in building and calibrating non-linear material models
  • Knowledge of Python
  • Experience in CAD modeling
