Circuit Architect

As a Circuit Architect at Apple, you'll be part of the Digital group, responsible for designing state-of-the-art ASICs. This role involves crafting entirely new solutions and turning imaginative ideas into reality. You'll design advanced custom digital megacells (SRAM memories, on-chip sensors, ML accelerators data path) used in high performance / low power SOC.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing custom circuits to improve chip power efficiency
• Collaborating with power team, PD, and architects to define specifications and requirements
• Performing design, analysis, modeling/simulation, circuit level specifications, schematic capture, spice simulation / margin verification across PVT, statistical design, functional verification, and silicon bring up
• Working closely with the layout team to complete designs and oversee layout quality
• Developing and driving circuit methodology to achieve the highest design quality metrics

Apple offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay between $175,800 and $312,200, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
