Claris (formerly FileMaker, Inc.) a wholly-owned subsidiary of Apple, is building a better way for the world's 500 million knowledge workers to do their jobs better. They accomplish this by empowering them to automate their processes and integrate data across all their applications in a matter of days thanks to a browser-based, easy to use visual platform.

The role involves building scalable cloud-based applications, working with APIs, and being part of a group that works on brand-new products. You'll have the opportunity to shape the product and craft robust, scalable, and maintainable services.

Responsibilities may include:

• Enhancing Infrastructure as Code (IAC) and CI/CD pipelines
• Setting up or automating new components in the Cloud environment used by Claris products
• Developing new features or pipelines for analytics based on log and usage data
• Applying ML to facilitate troubleshooting and error prediction/prevention
• Developing or enhancing monitoring tools for a Kubernetes-based cloud native platform

The ideal candidate should have programming knowledge in GoLang, Python, Server-side development (NodeJS, MongoDB), or Shell scripting. Experience with cloud development (AWS, GCP) is a plus. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes is required. The role demands excellent organizational, quantitative, and social skills, with a focus on collaboration and attention to detail.

This position offers a competitive base pay range between $121,900 and $183,600, along with additional benefits including comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, stock options, and educational reimbursement opportunities.
