Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - GPU

Apple Service Engineering (ASE) is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their Compute team. This role focuses on building and enhancing internal cloud infrastructure offerings, particularly around GPU computing and virtualization. You'll be working at the intersection of cutting-edge hardware and software, developing solutions for everything from LLM model training to confidential computing environments.

The position involves deep work with virtualization technologies, specifically KVM and QEMU, while optimizing GPU performance in virtualized environments. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining Apple's in-house virtualized infrastructure platform, working with advanced technologies like GPU passthrough, SR-IOV, and high-performance networking solutions.

As part of Apple's world-class engineering team, you'll collaborate across multiple functions to design and implement solutions that scale globally and maintain high availability.
