Codec Pixel IP Engineering Program Manager

Apple is seeking an experienced Codec Pixel IP Engineering Program Manager to join their Hardware Technology Team. This role represents a unique opportunity to lead critical strategic initiatives across all Apple product lines, focusing on Codec IPs development and integration.

The position demands a leader with extensive silicon engineering background who can effectively manage large multi-functional teams and deliver complex silicon projects on schedule. You'll be at the forefront of Apple's silicon development, working with cutting-edge technology and collaborating across various engineering disciplines including Platform Architecture, Design and Verification, Silicon Validation, and Software Engineering teams.

As a program manager, you'll be responsible for driving the entire lifecycle of Codec IP development, from architecture and design execution to validation and power/performance optimization. The role requires someone who can navigate dynamic SoC execution lifecycles, manage complex requirements, and ensure timely delivery for SoC tapeout.

The position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $157,000 to $278,900, plus additional benefits such as stock options, comprehensive healthcare, and educational reimbursement. You'll be working in San Diego, contributing to Apple's continued innovation in silicon technology.
