As a CPU Pre-Silicon Engineering Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of innovative CPU design, working with a team dedicated to building the most efficient processors that power Apple's product lineup.

The role involves close collaboration with CPU architecture, logic design, verification, physical design, DFT, and debug teams. You'll drive the full program lifecycle from specification definition through execution, tapeout, and post-silicon activities. Working directly with the CPU design team, you'll manage both daily project activities and long-term initiatives.

Responsibilities For CPU Pre-Silicon Engineering Program Manager

  • Drive the development of CPU IP across several programs
  • Develop and negotiate project schedules and deliverables
  • Drive regular project meetings to focus the team on upcoming landmarks
  • Identify and resolve technical issues with relevant experts and stakeholders
  • Identify risks and dependencies, generate mitigation plans
  • Communicate program status and blocking issues to multi-functional teams and management

Requirements For CPU Pre-Silicon Engineering Program Manager

  • BS + 10 years of relevant experience
  • Proven Silicon development experience in Design, Verification, Implementation, physical Design, DFT, or silicon validation
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills
  • Strong time and task leadership skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Technical depth in architecture, logic, verification, or physical design
