Responsibilities For Custom Silicon Management Engineering Program Manager
- Drive silicon issues to closure leading multi-functional teams internally and externally
- Focus design teams on meeting commitments and unblocking technical issues
- Drive technical sessions with suppliers to supervise and follow up on issues
- Manage issue reporting, bug tracking, and communication of program risks and status
- Drive the full Silicon development cycle from initial concept through mass production
- Forge strategic relationships with internal and external leadership
Requirements For Custom Silicon Management Engineering Program Manager
- BS + 10 years of relevant experience
- SoC Design Flow experience
- Engineering experience with analog, digital, and/or mixed Signal design flow
- Ability to travel internationally (approximately 10% of the time)
- MS + 5 years of technical Program or Project Management experience (preferred)
- Experience with vendor relationships (preferred)
- Understanding of hardware and software integration challenges (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills (preferred)
