Responsibilities For Custom Silicon Management Engineering Program Manager

  • Drive silicon issues to closure leading multi-functional teams internally and externally
  • Focus design teams on meeting commitments and unblocking technical issues
  • Drive technical sessions with suppliers to supervise and follow up on issues
  • Manage issue reporting, bug tracking, and communication of program risks and status
  • Drive the full Silicon development cycle from initial concept through mass production
  • Forge strategic relationships with internal and external leadership

Requirements For Custom Silicon Management Engineering Program Manager

  • BS + 10 years of relevant experience
  • SoC Design Flow experience
  • Engineering experience with analog, digital, and/or mixed Signal design flow
  • Ability to travel internationally (approximately 10% of the time)
  • MS + 5 years of technical Program or Project Management experience (preferred)
  • Experience with vendor relationships (preferred)
  • Understanding of hardware and software integration challenges (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills (preferred)
