Responsibilities For Data Engineer

  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities
  • Provide reporting and insights to the operations team and external partners
  • Create and maintain reports, create and manage data models
  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and architectures
  • Perform testing to support system implementations and upgrades
  • Leverage industry best practices for data analysis
  • Influence the architecture of core data models
  • Help functions solve problems and improve their processes, products, and services

Requirements For Data Engineer

Python
  • BS/MS in Data Mining, Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Operations Research or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience within Operations and Supply Chain
  • Proven data driven decision making skills
  • Expert level fluency with Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, and Python
  • Experience with data modeling in Snowflake, performance tuning the queries and optimization
  • Computational analysis using Snowflake, mySQL, Teradata, Python, Tableau, Business Objects, JMP, R, Matlab, SPSS and working knowledge of SAP/S4 data structures
