Description For Digital Circuits Engineering Program Manager

Apple is seeking a Digital Circuits Engineering Program Manager to join their Hardware team, focusing on delivering digital circuit design needs for their flagship products including Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. This role represents a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of custom chip development at one of the world's most innovative technology companies.

The position involves managing the development process for foundational IPs, including SRAM's, Standard Cells, and Digital Customs used in Apple's custom chips. The successful candidate will be embedded with the Circuit Design Engineering team, working to drive development cycles, address circuit design issues, handle CAD interaction, and oversee testchip development and analysis.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise and leadership skills, with a focus on driving cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems under tight schedule constraints. The position offers a competitive base salary range of $165,500 to $293,800, complemented by comprehensive benefits including medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and various stock programs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience with a BS in an engineering field, including 3+ years of technical leadership or project management experience. They should have proven digital circuit design experience and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams across multiple sites.

  • Manage development process for foundational IPs (SRAM's, Standard Cells, Digital Customs) used in Apple custom chips
