Responsibilities For Display Process Engineer

  • Lead the seamless execution of OLED display processes by collaborating with multi-functional teams and managing vendor activities
  • Lead the development of new OLED and Color Filter processes technologies
  • Drive display & component supply manufacturers on technical innovation
  • Solve problems during product development from concept to manufacturing
  • Design experiments to reach material solutions and corrective actions

Requirements For Display Process Engineer

  • Masters degree in display engineering, electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or related fields
  • Technical knowledge in OLED Evaporation/Encapsulation, color filter process/material, cell process/material or Opto-electronics
  • Experience with photo-lithography, thin films deposition and etching, precision dispensing and inkjet coating processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects without direct supervision
