Description For Engineering Manager, Diagnostics & Repair Architecture

As the Manager of Diagnostics and Repair Architecture team at Apple, you will lead a team responsible for developing innovative diagnostics and repair solutions that support field repair technicians and enhance the Apple customer ownership experience. You'll build and nurture partnerships with cross-functional teams both within and outside of AppleCare. The role requires a hands-on, disciplined approach and the drive to succeed in a challenging environment.
