Apple Services Engineering is seeking an Engineering Program Manager for Capacity Management to join their SRE team. This critical role focuses on ensuring the stability and scalability of storage infrastructure through effective capacity management. The position involves working with Apple's cloud services that serve millions of customers daily.

The role combines technical program management with strategic capacity planning, requiring expertise in storage infrastructure and resource optimization. You'll be responsible for preventing costly over-provisioning, avoiding resource shortages, and optimizing the supply chain for maximum efficiency.

As an EPM, you'll work within Apple's unique integrated environment of hardware, software, and services. The role offers exposure to various opportunities while working in small, flexible, and cross-functional teams. You'll collaborate with engineers, SREs, business operations, finance teams, and leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure optimal resource utilization.
