Engineering Program Manager, Central Quality, Apple Services Engineering

Apple Services Engineering is seeking an Engineering Program Manager for Central Quality. This role involves working on a centralized quality engineering organization, collaborating with senior leadership and engineers on distributed teams to define, prioritize, and execute strategic roadmaps for test automation frameworks and internal tools and services.

The ideal candidate will:

• Synthesize business and technical challenges across client, services, and operating systems engineering teams
• Design holistic solutions championed by cross-functional stakeholders
• Drive business standardization, efficiency, and innovation for a growing global team
• Interact with cross-geo and cross-functional stakeholders, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills
• Operate and communicate at both strategic and tactical levels
• Handle tasks such as requirements gathering, facilitating design discussions, project planning, mocking up proof-of-concepts, tracking KPIs, data analysis, partner collaboration, and building executive readouts
• Drive initiatives from ideation through launch, building sustainable long-term programs and products
