Engineering Program Manager, CoreOS

Apple's CoreOS group is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional efforts in delivering exceptional user experiences across all Apple platforms. This role is within Apple's CoreOS group, which is dedicated to building fully integrated operating systems that seamlessly combine hardware, software, and apps into the signature Apple experience.

The position requires an energetic individual who will drive key initiatives for various software and hardware-focused features. You'll be responsible for leading large, multi-functional efforts, partnering with engineering teams throughout the entire feature development lifecycle - from architecture and design to implementation and validation. The role demands strong communication skills to effectively present to executive leadership and influence a large cross-functional audience.

As an Engineering Program Manager, you'll own the roadmap and priorities for technologies, while proactively identifying and resolving program issues. You'll work in an environment that encourages process innovation and rapid product iteration, with significant autonomy in decision-making. The role offers competitive compensation, including base pay ranging from $136,300 to $248,700, plus additional benefits such as stock options, comprehensive healthcare, and education reimbursement.
