Responsibilities For Engineering Program Specialist - Product Design
- Manage project Bills of Materials (BOMs) from early conceptual designs to production for multiple projects
- Establish and maintain project workflows
- Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
- Review drawings and provide feedback to engineers
- Create Approved Manufacturer's Lists (AMLs) and part numbers
- Track and report on product release status
- Lead key areas of Product Design in Hardware Engineering projects
- Work with Engineering Project Managers, Product Design teams, and other stakeholders
- Manage planning and execution of early manufacturing builds
Requirements For Engineering Program Specialist - Product Design
- BA/BS degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proactive and highly self-motivated with good critical thinking capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in BOM creation and management
- Experience working with multiple teams in an R&D environment
