Engineering Project Manager (SAP Techno-functional Support Delivery Lead), IS&T Enterprise Systems

Apple is seeking a talented SAP techno-functional lead to join their global SAP production support team, managing one of the world's largest SAP implementations. This role combines technical expertise in SAP development with functional knowledge of SD (Sales and Distribution) module. The position requires 6+ years of SAP development experience and 5+ years of hands-on work with SAP SD module.

The role involves overseeing critical production systems, driving operational excellence, and ensuring vendor delivery accountability. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, handling system crises, and leading special system activities. The position requires expertise in SAP S/4 HANA frameworks, ABAP development, and modern SAP technologies including Fiori, UI5, and SAP BTP systems.

As a technical architect, you'll recommend optimal, secure, and highly scalable solutions while working in a dynamic, 24x7 support environment. The role demands excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in scaling SD solutions for high-volume processing. You'll collaborate with global teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and participate in system upgrades and disaster recovery drills.
