Responsibilities For Engineering Project Manager (Software Engineering Applications), IS&T Enterprise Systems
- Effectively communicate with team members and business stakeholders
- Triage support issues and assign them to appropriate team members
- Work on support issues - troubleshoot and resolve them
- Handle multiple support issues simultaneously with changing priorities
- Take the lead in planning and implementing new initiatives
- Establish relationships with various business collaborators
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency / productivity
- Monitor and identify trends for issues and implement solutions
- Monitor and run critical operational metrics effectively
Requirements For Engineering Project Manager (Software Engineering Applications), IS&T Enterprise Systems
- 5 years of project management, preferably in an agile system
- FileMaker development experience in relationship diagrams and scripting
- Experience with setting up and configuring multiple FileMaker servers
- Experience with programming database-driven websites, preferably with PHP
- Hands-on experience to troubleshoot production support issues
- Experience in partnering with teams both internal and external
- Bachelor's degree in a technical/scientific discipline or equivalent work experience
