Apple's SAP Global Systems organization within IS&T is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to drive initiatives in Customer Service Management. This role is part of the team that runs the Operations and financial transactional platform powering all Apple functions including Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution, Service, and Financials.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP's Customer Service solution and project implementations. You'll work closely with business teams to understand needs, recommend scalable solutions, and implement global solutions within predetermined resources, budget, and timeline.
Key responsibilities include building compliance and fraud control solutions, performing SAP configurations, guiding development teams, preparing technical cutover plans, and leading integration testing. The role requires expertise in SAP SM-SD and SD-FI business processes, S/4 HANA architecture, and strong project management skills.
