Apple is seeking an Enterprise Systems Engineer to join their Sales and Business Development team. This role represents a unique opportunity to be part of a company that revolutionizes entire industries through innovation. As an Enterprise Systems Engineer, you'll serve as a crucial bridge between Apple and its largest enterprise customers, ensuring their significant investments in Apple technologies deliver as promised.

The position combines technical expertise with business acumen, requiring deep understanding of the Apple ecosystem, enterprise infrastructure, and business transformation. You'll work with major accounts, providing technical sales consulting and support while helping organizations transform their work processes through Apple technology adoption.

Key responsibilities include removing technical barriers, enhancing customer platform readiness, and creating standard methodologies. You'll need expertise in enterprise messaging, collaboration, Wi-Fi, client management solutions, and security technologies for iOS and macOS. The role requires strong communication skills to effectively present to both technical and executive audiences.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of pre-sales engineering experience, with deep knowledge of modern deployment methods, MDM, ABM, and network protocols. You'll work in a dynamic environment that values integrity and accountability, with opportunities for travel up to 50% to engage directly with clients.

Responsibilities For Enterprise Systems Engineer

  • Act as trusted advisor on Apple ecosystem and business transformation
  • Help remove technical barriers and friction points
  • Enhance customer readiness for Apple platform
  • Create new standard methodologies and share them
  • Work cross-functionally with Major Accounts organizations, channel and strategic solution partners
  • Provide technical sales consulting and support
  • Demonstrate deployment workflows using MDM and ABM
  • Architect security strategies based on customer requirements
  • Guide customers through app development decisions (build/buy/partner)

Requirements For Enterprise Systems Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in consultative pre-sales engineering role or experience advising on technical business transformation solutions for large enterprises
  • Knowledge of enterprise messaging, collaboration, Wi-Fi, client management solutions, and enterprise security technologies
  • Experience with iOS, macOS, and competing platforms
  • Understanding of network protocols, wireless standards, modern authentication and APNS
  • Knowledge of Apple's security resources and security architecture
  • Familiarity with Apple's App development tools
  • Strong presentation skills for both executive and technical audiences
  • Travel up to 50% required
