Description For Factory SoC Test Support Engineering Program Manager

Apple is seeking a Factory SoC Test Support Engineering Program Manager to join their Hardware Technology Program Management organization. This role represents an exciting opportunity to work on Apple's next groundbreaking SoCs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The position involves managing the SoC validation environment in Apple's New Product Introduction (NPI) factories, working closely with multi-functional software, hardware, product, and silicon engineering teams. As an individual contributor on a Senior Project Management team, you'll be responsible for driving silicon program schedules, resolving technical issues, and enabling new Apple products with innovative silicon.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing factory test software delivery, debugging technical silicon and system issues, and providing clear communication of program risks and status. You'll work from first prototype builds through ramping for mass production, contributing to the release of high-quality, innovative SoCs in all of Apple's products.

The role offers a competitive base pay range between $136,300 and $248,700, along with comprehensive benefits including medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and various stock programs. Requirements For Factory SoC Test Support Engineering Program Manager

  • BS + minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Silicon Validation and/or applicable manufacturing experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
