Responsibilities For GNSS Field Design Engineer

  • Prepare test devices for field testing including physical setup, software install and upkeep
  • Travel to test locations to run field evaluations in stationary and mobility conditions
  • Post processing of diagnostic logs and conducting preliminary debug during and post field test execution
  • Generate system performance test reports with key performance indicators
  • Identify issues impacting HW/System performance and perform deep-dive analysis
  • Work with team members and 3rd party vendors across various time zones
  • Improve current processes and maintain documentation
  • Manage device inventory and equipment logistics used for lab and field testing

Requirements For GNSS Field Design Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Science field
  • Willingness and ability to travel to conduct manual and automated test procedures in the field
  • Basic understanding of GNSS or Wireless technologies
  • Experience with post-processing of diagnostic logs using automation tools
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
