Description For GPU Post-Silicon Engineering Program Manager

Apple is seeking a GPU Post-Silicon Engineering Program Manager to join their team responsible for delivering GPUs across their product line including Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Apple Vision products. This role focuses on silicon bring-up and debug of innovative designs, requiring both technical excellence and cross-functional leadership. The position involves working closely with GPU Silicon Validation, Architecture, Productization teams, as well as SoC, software, and system teams to resolve silicon issues blocking product development. The ideal candidate will drive post-silicon planning, manage complex debug activities, and lead multi-functional teams under tight schedule constraints. They will be responsible for identifying process gaps, working with validation teams, and managing GPU development from initial silicon bring-up through production release. Responsibilities For GPU Post-Silicon Engineering Program Manager

  • Develop post-silicon validation plans
  • Drive debug of silicon issues with GPU and multi-functional teams
  • Track issues and bugs across multiple projects
  • Communicate program risks & status in multi-functional and executive forums
  • Manage materials (parts, boards, etc.)
  • Work closely with GPU Silicon Validation, Architecture, and Productization teams

Requirements For GPU Post-Silicon Engineering Program Manager

  • BS in Engineering subject area and 10+ years proven experience
  • Validated experience in GPU or SOC validation
  • Meaningful experience in technical leadership and/or project management experience
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills
  • Strong time and task management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple sites
