Description For GPU Post-Silicon Engineering Program Manager

Apple is seeking a GPU Post-Silicon Engineering Program Manager to join their team responsible for delivering GPUs across their product line including Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Apple Vision products. This role combines technical excellence with cross-functional leadership to ensure successful silicon bring-up and debug of innovative GPU designs. The position involves working closely with GPU Silicon Validation, Architecture, and Productization teams, as well as SoC, software, and system teams to resolve critical silicon issues. The ideal candidate will drive post-silicon planning, lead debug activities, and manage complex technical problems under tight schedules. Responsibilities For GPU Post-Silicon Engineering Program Manager

  • Develop post-silicon validation plans
  • Drive debug of silicon issues with GPU and cross-functional teams
  • Organize and prioritize debug tasks and experiments
  • Track issues and bugs across multiple projects
  • Communicate program risks & status in cross-functional and executive forums
  • Manage materials (parts, boards, etc.)

Requirements For GPU Post-Silicon Engineering Program Manager

  • BS in Engineering discipline and 10+ years relevant experience
  • Proven experience in GPU or SOC validation
  • Meaningful experience in technical leadership and/or project management experience
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills
  • Strong time and task management skills
  • Understanding of Power and Performance tradeoffs
