Description For Graphics (GPU) RTL Design Engineer

As a GPU Design Engineer at Apple, you will be part of the Silicon Engineering group, responsible for designing and manufacturing next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient processors. You'll work on developing power-efficient, high-performance 3D graphics processor microarchitectures for low-power mobile devices and high-performance personal computers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality, low-power graphics IP that meets performance, timing, and area goals
  • Exploring design trade-offs while exercising rigorous design principles
  • Contributing to cutting-edge microarchitectural specifications for best-in-class GPUs
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in architecture, validation, modeling, and physical design

Requirements For Graphics (GPU) RTL Design Engineer

Python
  • BS degree in relevant field
  • Understanding of fundamental computer architecture principles
  • Ability to code using System Verilog HDL
  • Knowledge of logic design, including simulation and debug
  • Understanding of timing analysis
