Responsibilities For Graphics Power Engineer, Platform Architecture

  • Work with architecture, design and software partners on the definition & tuning of Apple's future GPU power architectures
  • Develop C++ and Python code
  • Build and maintain GPU models for understanding and enhancing power architecture
  • Collaborate with GPU architects, RTL designers & software teams
  • Assess feasibility of new hardware and software power features
  • Run experiments and report findings

Requirements For Graphics Power Engineer, Platform Architecture

Python
  • BS degree
  • Experience in GPU or CPU architecture and micro-architecture design
  • Software skills and proficiency in C/C++ and Python or Ruby
  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to travel internationally 2-4 times a year
