The Growth Marketing Operations Team plays a crucial role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple's media products and services. This team focuses on developing and executing in-app messaging sent to millions of users globally across multiple Apple services, including Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, News+, Fitness+, App Store, and Apple One.

As a Growth Operations Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing marketing automation flows and launching multi-channel customer communications for Apple services. This role requires a self-driven and solutions-oriented innovator who can work cross-functionally with various teams, including growth marketing, product, engineering, and business.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing, testing, and deploying customer journeys
  2. Collaborating and communicating effectively with stakeholders
  3. Optimizing performance through A/B testing
  4. Identifying key opportunities for innovation
  5. Building a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, technical proficiency in building automation flows with CRM or ESP platforms, and experience with SQL for customer segmentation.
