As a Hardware Qualification Engineer, you'll be instrumental in qualifying battery system hardware technology, working closely with cross-functional teams on new product introduction. The position offers a competitive base salary range of $136,300 to $248,700, complemented by comprehensive benefits including medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and various stock programs. The role requires a BS degree and experience in analog or power electronics design. Preferred qualifications include background in Power Electronics, Battery Management, or Consumer Electronics, experience with schematic capture and PCB layout design, and proficiency with protocols like SMBus and I2C. Knowledge of battery charging and management, along with statistical analysis skills, would be valuable assets.
