Responsibilities For Hardware Reliability Engineer - Display/Touch Module Reliability

  • Identify high risk failure modes early in the design life cycle
  • Collaborate with design engineering teams to reduce risk
  • Develop new tests based on physics of failure and expected user behaviors
  • Deliver test equipment and specifications to validate product reliability
  • Work with vendors to meet reliability requirements
  • Support failure analysis and provide direction based on test data evaluation

Requirements For Hardware Reliability Engineer - Display/Touch Module Reliability

  • Bachelor's Degree in technical field (engineering, physics, etc)
  • 3+ years of experience in an engineering role
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to cross-functionally work effectively
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and curiosity of how technologies work
  • Ability to travel internationally without restrictions
  • Strong understanding of physics behind material and device properties
  • Adept in statistical data analysis and clear reporting
  • Strong theoretical understanding in physical failure analysis including SEM/EDX
