Responsibilities For Hardware Systems Engineer

  • Evaluate overall system design by crafting and conducting evaluation tests
  • Support Hardware teams in crafting the next-generation iPhones & iPad; build Failure Analysis reports
  • Be responsible for the optimization of the test processes
  • Develop benchmarking matrix by crafting or modifying automation scripts
  • Work towards closing potential test gaps and build improvements to the scripts
  • Support hardware development activities at manufacturing partner facilities

Requirements For Hardware Systems Engineer

Linux
  • BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in prototype work and functional verification specifically with electronics
  • Proficient with lab equipment: digital multi-meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope, power supply, data logger, etc.
  • Prior experience with superb coding/scripting skills (Python, Perl, Shell, Unix)
