Responsibilities For Hardware Systems Validation Engineer

  • Partner with EE design and SI/PI teams to define rigorous test plans
  • Drive execution of test plans with subsystem owners and CM partners
  • Collaborate with EE and cross-functional teams to review results
  • Report validation progress, risks, and top issues
  • Develop validation process improvements and automation
  • Track and manage electrical validation schedules
  • Participate in debug activities and design of experiments
  • Lead and coach other Validation Engineers

Requirements For Hardware Systems Validation Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • Expertise with hardware bring-up and bench-top measurements with lab equipment
  • Basic understanding of both low-speed and high-speed digital interfaces
  • Familiarity with power electronics, especially DC-DC converters
