Apple's WW AppleCare Logistics team is seeking an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic organization responsible for Apple's reverse logistics service operation. This role is crucial in developing and implementing methods and processes for high-volume reverse logistics, mail-in repair, and screening operations.

Your responsibilities will include estimating logistics process costs, determining time standards, making recommendations for tooling and equipment, and monitoring quality performance of OEM and 3PL partners.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering within high-volume electronics manufacturing/repair operations. You should have a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering, with a master's degree being preferred. Experience with 3D factory modeling, production line layouts, and lean manufacturing principles is highly valued.
