Interconnect Product Design Engineer

Join Apple's Interconnect team as a Product Design Engineer and be part of creating the next generation of world-class devices. You'll work on revolutionary interconnect interfaces used in iconic products like Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AppleTV, and Vision Pro. As a member of a multi-functional design team, you'll contribute to all forms of interconnect technologies, including designing highly customized high-speed and high-power interconnects, novel wireless interfaces, and developing charging accessories. You'll collaborate closely with Industrial Design, Hardware Engineering, Signal Integrity, Antenna, Reliability, Packaging, Safety, and Marketing teams. The role demands excellent organization, communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple program needs. You'll work in a dynamic environment requiring quick responses to changes and creative problem-solving. The position involves international travel (20%+) and offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking products while contributing to Apple's commitment to environmental responsibility. Preferred candidates will have experience in consumer electronics, connector design, inductive power transfer, antenna design, and high-volume manufacturing.
